I had called a number of other florists in the area, none of which picked up the phone We are from out of state (NY) and needed to get something to our friends in Cleveland for a funeral the next day. Finally, here at Vic's, someone aanswered the phone on a Saturday. She was wonderful! Able to suggest appropriate arrangement and card message for us when we really weren't too capable of coming up with something. I didn't know the gentleman's first name but she offered to look it up for us....and made it seem effortless. I wish I had taken her name so I could include it here.....but know that you're dealing here with a fine, professional and compassionate business. Thank you, Vic's.

I used this company for a recent funeral I was very pleased with the display that I purchased. I also used the phone icon and it worked great
