Cleveland's Federal Reserve Bank is a branch of the central bank of the United States. It serves Ohio, western Pennsylvania, easter Kentucky, and the northern panhandle of Western Virginia. Visitors can tour the facility, on which they'll learn about its superb neo-gothic craftsmanship, and how the bank preserves the purchasing power of the dollar and sets up payment systems with the U.S. Treasury and other financial groups. The bank lies in the downtown area, a few blocks north of Q Arena.
